Yes, most of my items can be personalised. Follow the instructions on the item listing for details and to see how to place your custom order. You can send me personalisation details when you place your order, by leaving a message in the "Note to seller" section or by email.

For clothing sizes, please see each listing's details. Make sure you select the correct sizing, as once personalised items have been printed, they cannot be exchanged.

I currently do not offer gift wrapping.

Once an order is placed and any personalisation details and previews are approved by the buyer, there is a turnaround time of up to 5-7 business days before the order is shipped. If you need an item by a certain date, please send me a message before placing your order, to confirm if it will be possible. Please note the estimated delivery time is suggested on each listing. The delivery times for international orders can vary but usually, items reach their destinations within 2-3 weeks during non-peak seasons. If you are an international customer, please make sure you order your item at least 2-3 weeks before the date that you need it by. For orders during peak seasons, please refer to cut-off dates in the announcement section.

Most of the items in my shop are made and dispatched from the UK. Orders to UK addresses are sent via Royal Mail 48hrs. Most international orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard post (untracked). The delivery times depends on the destination country but usually items reach their international destinations within 2-3 weeks after dispatch.

A few items sent from the US printing facility to US addresses, are sent via USPS. Please refer to each listing's estimated shipping time, as this pepends on the chosen USPS shipping (standard or priority).
